100% fruiting bodies. We have never offered mycelium-on-grain products. All extracts are 4:1 hot water extracted from the fruiting body only. This is the part with documented beta-glucan content and the standard used in clinical research.

Yes, always. Every lot ships with a full CoA covering: beta-glucan %, polysaccharide content, heavy metals (As, Cd, Pb, Hg), microbial load (TPC, yeast, mould, coliforms), moisture content, and particle size. CoAs are produced by ISO 17025-accredited third-party laboratories.

All products are: USDA Certified Organic (NOP compliant), GMP Certified (FDA 21 CFR Part 111), HACCP Certified, and third-party lab tested per lot. Select SKUs also carry Kosher (OU) certification. Non-GMO attestation letters available on request.

Orders up to 25 kg typically ship within 2–3 weeks from our Newark, NJ warehouse. Pallet orders (100+ kg) require 4–6 weeks depending on available lot stock. We can often fulfil urgent smaller orders faster — contact us with your timeline.

Yes. We provide 50–100g samples for R&D and QA evaluation. Standard turnaround for sample requests is 5–7 business days. Samples ship with a full CoA. We may charge a nominal sample fee for rare or high-demand species — ask when you request.

Yes. We regularly ship to the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Full export documentation is handled from our side: Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary documentation where required, and CITES compliance where applicable. DDP and DAP Incoterms available.

Yes — through our R&D & Custom Formulation service. We can develop proprietary multi-species blends, adjust extraction ratios to hit specific bioactive targets, and produce to your spec sheet. Minimum development batch is 5 kg. See our Custom Blends page for the full process.

We maintain 6 months of forward inventory on all core SKUs. Our 30-year QingYuan partnership means we have committed crop allocations that protect your supply chain. If a spec change or harvest shortfall affects a lot, we notify customers at least 60 days in advance.
